“ChatGPT” and “OpenAI” Domain Name Registrations are Still Surging

This last week we saw more than 500+ domain names added to the ChatGPT domain dashboard we have created, bringing the total to over 1300 registered domain names. 

One thing we have observed was that the majority of the ChatGPT domains were initially registered in .COM, but now they are more evenly dispersed throughout a wide ranges of gTLDs, including .NINJA, .MOVIE, .XYZ and others.

There were also a large number of domain names with the suffix “AI” registered including the following:

chatgptai.guru
chatgptai.help
chatgptai.info
chatgptai.ink
chatgptai.live
chatgptai.mobi
chatgptai.news
chatgptai.online
chatgptai.pro
chatgptai.shop
chatgptai.site
chatgptai.space
chatgptai.store
chatgptai.tech
chatgptai.tools
chatgptai.vip
chatgptai.website
chatgptai.wiki
chatgptai.world

We are also starting to see some of the domains marked as security threats. For OpenAI we now are tracking over 2,000 domain names and numerous ones that are marked as security threats.
